

Michael Gillin is the founder and Managing Director of Invisible Planet wireless consulting firm which provides consulting advice in the areas of product development, project management, and corporate strategy. His client list includes the City of Atlanta, Enersphere Communications, Atrinet and Trilogy Networks.
Prior to Invisible Planet Michael worked at Cox Communications. He served in many roles ranging from the Director of Wi-Fi Deployment and Product Development, cellular small cell lead for Cox Wireless and also developed a portfolio of wireless solutions for the Cox Business division. Earlier in his career, Michael worked for Ericsson, AirGate PCS (Sprint affiliate), Woodruff Distributing Company (Anheuser-Busch distributor) and Leo Burnett Advertising.
Michael holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in marketing, and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
Giving back to the community has been a priority for Michael. He volunteers most of his time in a leadership capacity with two leading non-profit organizations in the Atlanta community:
